Female energy is very special and often very misunderstood in our present culture. In this series, we explore and discover the secrets to our own miraculous female energy systems. Our energy flows entirely differently than men’s. Because of this, we have to manage our energies & realties very differently than they do. This series is geared towards helping you as a woman, to understand, heal & be abundant in your unique energy system….to cherish and honor your unique and creative powers.
You will learn to really let go of limits, hurts & relics of the past, so you can receive all that will fulfill your wellbeing, your life & your soul in the present. Key note: Receive!
One of the great abilities of women is to be able to hold anything in your body. This is a gift and yet sometimes we hold onto things that are not in harmony with us. We often hold hurt, pain, stuck emotion, limits, etc. We dedicate a section of each workshop to using some powerful feminine energetic tools, to simply let this stuff go. This is profoundly healing.
We often have depleted magnetic fields which limit our well being & prosperity. We will work in each workshop with healing and rebuilding this little realized, yet essential female energy field. Without a healthy magnetic field, we will remain depleted or unable to to fully fulfilled in our lives.

OK, as we all know, sometimes toxic energy, emotion, vibrations simply build up. October is that time of year, where we get to meet the dark-side and heal, embracing what we find.
It can take a little bit of nerve to say hello to the toxicity… Yet if we don’t it will begin to sabotage and undermine us in a myriad of different ways. Preventative medicine, is doing a detox on our own feminine.
Within us is a well, it’s a holy well that reaches into the deep feminine that we are all able to be nourished by. It’s a magic well, it’s a healing well, it’s an abundance well, it’s a well full of wishes. It’s a wealth of hopes and joys and playfulness and love.
If that well has become stagnant and there is toxicity in it..... On some level we will not feel well or certain circumstances will not go well for certain parts of our lives will not be well. Linguistics is no accident here!
Being well means that the well within is clear. If the well is dry or toxic we are lacking health, in someway our well-being is atrophying. This must be healed.

Finding our True Center and Being Fulfilled Within It
Finding true center is an art form. If we get knocked off center often enough we start to not be able to recognize it anymore. We begin to compensate and create these false centers. We reference those and think were in the center and because it’s not quite right, we just assume that has to do with us.....And something isn’t right with us…Big mistake. The only mistake, is believing a false center and not being able to find True center again.
During this life renewing workshop, will be working with the medicine of the the sun. The sun is masculine and will be looking at what gifts this masculine sun can really provide for our inner feminine; as well as how we can receive them. One of the gifts that we can sustain, is showing us the true path back to the center.
We will have the opportunity, with some wonderful healing goddesses, to release all the fall centers. We will just simply let them go. Will have the opportunity to go back to True center and experience the gold and the warmth and the healing that occurs there.
We know that the sun provides everything. When we’re in our true center everything is rendered.

Realizing your Full Feminine Potential
How many of us really see our full potential? The first time I ever looked at my potential in a meditative exercise… I was staggered. I was staggered because I thought I had fulfilled a lot..... I hadn’t even achieved 10%!
Understanding this gave me a new lease on life. I realized that it was my basic duty or responsibility to grow into this potential… To trust it… To Blossom with it… To move into it to grow and to be and to have. This exercise, is life-changing and we will do it.
We are given a potential with the duty to fulfill it. A frightening thing, is that many of us don’t realize how great our potential is and so we hold back from fulfilling it. Perhaps we don’t want to be disappointed, Devastated, frustrated, lost or hurt. What if we were able to see our own brilliance? What if we were able to feel and experience and integrate and explore our own brilliance, every single day?
In a humble state, when we begin to explore our brilliance, we begin to find a way to see how massive our potential us. When we can own that and trust it: as women we can receive all the needful to fulfill it.
If you say reading this… What if I’m not brilliant? Someone might’ve told you before that you weren’t. That’s their problem. They weren’t able to recognize you or didn’t want to. Every single one of us has the job to recognize the brilliance in ourselves and then each other person that we meet. Sometimes it’s not easy to see but it’s always there. Once it is fed and recognized, the flame of it grows brighter & the heat of it sustains us through every season of the year.

How to Find Ourselves when it is Broken
On this side of the veil, one of the ways that we learn to know ourselves and recognize ourselves is through the reflections in our lives. These reflections comes through our environment, people, experiences, manifestations, events , etc. What happens when we’re not receiving enough reflections to see and know and experience how great, wonderful, beautiful and special we each are? What happens when we can’t quite find our whole selves?
They say that the universe reflects that which is within us. We all hear that we are part of everything and that we have astounding value. We hear that each of us has tremendous worth and that we were made in the vibration of the divine. Of course knowing that and then actually believing it in our hearts and our souls aren’t always the same, are they?
Why don’t we believe it? Many times we’ve had past experiences that are negative and have caused us to draw incorrect conclusions about our own worth and value… But there’s something else here too, it’s an ancient shamanic woman’s teaching.
In this teaching each of us holds fragments of the great mirror of the divine. Each of us has the task to take our piece of the great mirror and trust beyond the shadow of a doubt, what we are holding in this piece of mirror.
Now there is an inherent problem… Many of us have had our piece of mirror broken into even more pieces. We’re looking at the shreds, we’re creating, attracting and manifesting in these different & unintegrated pieces. It becomes very difficult to find reflections in which we can see and remember our essence.
During this workshop, we will take all those broken pieces and put them into a magical fluid which will unite them in one piece of mirror. That piece is big enough to look through. It’s small and yet it’s massive. Every single one of us has the same. We will learn to use that mirror to see the miracle that we really are. We will heal that mirror and become so much stronger more united within and more able To truly find ourselves.

Many of us are familiar with the teachings for the medicine of the Phoenix. The Phoenix is a transformational character that has a potent place in the psyche of women. We are able to make an empowering change or a transformation where we may experience something almost like a death. That may sound uncomfortable and yet it’s actually very positive because it allows us to move to our next level.
Consider that we are cyclical like the moon. There are times in the Feminine where the energy drops away and sometimes it feels like the world is dropping out from under us. It seems that everything is falling apart and we just want to collapse. This is the inner cycle of our own Phoenix nature wanting to burst into flames and burn away old hurts, old pain, old misery, etc. When we allow it, we burn away the darkness, what’s left is the pure egg of our own feminine existence. We give it just a little time and then it bursts into light and we are reborn. When the Phoenix is reborn it’s a flight of glory. When the Phoenix is reborn there is a music that is so fantastical & mysterious & wonderful that it changes the face of the world & we change with it.
To be in the phase of the Phoenix’s rebirth, is so glorious that there is a tendency in women for it to become addictive.
To have the whole process, which is necessary, you really have to understand it. If you get stuck on the rebirth & the flying into the light part; if that’s all you want, you will be stuck in constantly trying to reenact that phase. You will be afraid to let go, and to burn up and to flow with rhythm, into the ashes. You won’t let yourself do it and if you don’t let yourself do it then you can’t truly be reborn as the Phoenix. Life becomes a parody, there is a hollowness that steals our joy and our light. We must learn about & embrace the whole process!
Understanding the phoenix nature in our feminine body is essential to the spiral nature of the feminine cycle. It is a teaching of the way evolution works in our bodies. Without letting ourselves have it, we can never truly be fulfilled. It is a notion of the masculine universe that we should attain the glorious Phoenix flight and then just stay in that vibration constantly. That’s not possible; that’s not cyclical, that’s not woman.
It’s too bad our grandmothers & great-grandmothers weren’t able to teach us that it’s OK to burn away the old darkness within us so we can rest in the ashes and to be reborn. This cycle is an essential part of the feminine process and every woman who hasn’t embraced it, is losing a part of her self by trying to maintain her self at a steady vibration. Doing this is fruitless in a body & a psyche that is designed to experience ongoing transformation.

The word amusement is a wonderful word that brings us a sense of joy & flow. It makes us feel happy and inspired. Inside of this word is a muse.
The muse is a source of inspiration. The good news is each of us has an inner muse. She lives within us and helps us to be whole, inspired, healthy, wealthy and full of delightful energy.
The inner muse helps us to find, that which really brings us radiant pleasure and allows us to raise our vibration out of the mundane, or dull, or blocked, or stuck, or unmotivated, or anxious, or worried… I think you get the idea. We need her!
Most of us have not been trained in how to connect with her, trust her, nourish her and have a life in which she brings us inspiration and joy on a regular basis.
One of the things we tend to do, is shut her down so that we can do whatever is responsible, take care of others, manage things, get things done, etc. When we shut her down, part of the gateway of joy is closed. When we heal her and liberate her, when we allow her to live freely within us; she opens the gates of joy so that we can live in Radiant light and be nourished by it from the moment we wake up in the morning, until the moment we go to sleep at night. When things get challenging, that light takes care of us, so it’s easier to get through the dark times; as well, it is more exciting during the light times. Our muse is instrumental in having a great life.
To become free and joyous, we women need to connect with the muse within us! In this workshop we will heal her, clear away the blocks that may be keeping her lost or stuck or unable to express or inspire. We will open up the pathways and give her space to live within us. We will have a wonderful adventure in which we meet her and find out how we can nourish her and discover more about her, so that we can connect with her regularly, to have a filling and amazing lives on this fabulous planet.
We will go on a journey in which we meet our muse and converse with her about our lives, our direction & our work. We cant wait!
