Female energy is very special and often very misunderstood in our present culture. In this series, we explore and discover the secrets to our own miraculous female energy systems. Our energy flows entirely differently than men’s. Because of this, we have to manage our energies & realties very differently than they do. This series is geared towards helping you as a woman, to understand, heal & be abundant in your unique energy system….to cherish and honor your unique and creative powers.
You will learn to really let go of limits, hurts & relics of the past, so you can receive all that will fulfill your wellbeing, your life & your soul in the present. Key note: Receive!
One of the great abilities of women is to be able to hold anything in your body. This is a gift and yet sometimes we hold onto things that are not in harmony with us. We often hold hurt, pain, stuck emotion, limits, etc. We dedicate a section of each workshop to using some powerful feminine energetic tools, to simply let this stuff go. This is profoundly healing.
We often have depleted magnetic fields which limit our well being & prosperity. We will work in each workshop with healing and rebuilding this little realized, yet essential female energy field. Without a healthy magnetic field, we will remain depleted or unable to to fully fulfilled in our lives.

Included in every workshop is a healing session with some powerful Goddess Beings (who have transcended the Earth experience). These specific Goddess beings come into our classroom and give us some profoundly generous and deep, rich healings. This is a rare and precious gift.

Finding Your Balance, Living Gracefully in the Soul's Day & in the Soul's Night
Most of us talk about & perhaps dream about our journey with the light. In this workshop we will consider too, our journey with the darkness.
If we don't consider the light and dark of the feminine experience, then we will lose our balance. We each need to learn and own our own experience of darkness.
We need to learn recognize the nurturing darkness that is necessary and is deeply healing. We need to consider the darkness of unconsciousness. We need to regard the dark impulses within us, loving and greeting them vs hiding or ignoring them. We need to see the seductions of darkness and understand them.
One way to look at the souls day, is that this can be when it's all going well. The souls night is the opposite. It is exhaustion, it's heavy emotion, it's lost places, it's often the harder times. Times we feel lonely or frightened, or anxious, or raging, or frustrated, or, or, or...
The souls nights have a purpose and hard as they are; without them, the souls days will be lacking in effervescence and depth.
There is a way to walk though the dark times and let grace hold us. If we can learn to do this, we can journey through these times and not become lost and deeply imbalanced.
We may have come from families that simply act out the darkness or the opposite, pretend its not there...neither of these is anything like grace, both of these will imbalance and hurt us.
Our goal is to learn that we can we accept and meet the souls nights in a loving way that allows us to move beyond the clouds and shadows, until we are fed by the essence of the stars. We can only get to the stars by meeting that which blocks them.

When the female heart feels whole and is receiving all that it needs, it exudes love. Healing means to make whole.... So the secret to expanding our capacity to love, is indeed a healing in the heart of our own inner feminine.
Each of us have had experiences, probably many of them, that have sent a hurtful message to our hearts. The heart can only sustain receiving so much hurt before it then it begins to store the hurt and consider it important material. When the heart does this it can’t expand, actually it contracts and then we feel the opposite of love. We find that sometimes we will equivalate with fear or anxiety....Or much more ...all of it hurtful.
The feminine heart in each of us, has been receiving Messages, impulses, & many, many layers of communication throughout our lives.... and ...storing it away. In this workshop we are going to focus on releasing what we’ve held. It’s like a dark treasure chest full of hurts. We’re going to honor the hurts as part of our journey and wash many of them away… we intend to Release them and be cleansed of them using some female energy tools.... as well as some very wonderful healing goddesses that will accompany us on this journey.
We will all have the opportunity to have our hearts get a wonderful healing and then begin to store into our hearts some beautiful treasures that give it permission to be expensive, to open, to allow an incredible amount of love to be fluid, rich, alive.

Using Flowers & Essential Oils to Brighten Your Light: Healing Your Body & Soul
Flowers! They come in every color, size & shape, each is filled with formulas for well-being and fulfillment. Each & every flower has a vibrational signature that has a type of gift for us.
As women, we must be for filled or we will not be happy. What does that mean? It means that as we are receptive beings. We need to receive and be filled in order to be well, happy & living our best self.
You have five senses and fragrance is a really big one. For women it opens up these incredible receptors where rivers of well-being, prosperity, fulfillment, enthusiasm, creativity… Really fantastic vibrations can enter us. When we hold those vibrations within us, then we attract experiences that reflect them.
Often we fill with things that are not comfortable & don’t really work for us. During this workshop we’re going to spend some wonderful time letting many of those things go. Then we will allow the vibrations and frequencies of flowers & fragrances to help fill us up!
We will have, as guest healers, some astounding beings who hold the key to specific fragrances and being filled with wellness, inspiration, sweetness and whatever it is that we are truly wanting.
We will open the portal for many fragrances but in this workshop we will look particularly at: Rose, orange blossom & Lavender.
Think of all the fantastic fragrant flowers that you Love. All the flowers in the Citrus family, the Jasmine family, Peonies, a myriad of different Roses, Tuber-Rose, Narcissus, Freesia, Lilacs, Mock Orange, honeysuckle.... There are so many!
How’s the world would consider the frequencies of essential oil’s and A few games that you can use to open up the portals for you to receive.
We will each leave with three main fragrances… That one could have as essential oils… We will set them to do specific things to fulfill and uplift us. Maybe one brings us back to a calm relaxed center where we can have peace and well-being. Perhaps one stimulates joy and perhaps one opens up the creative portals. What do you need? If we assign and stimulate certain fragrances our body and our subconscious will identify those and triggers us being able to receive more of those particular vibrations or experiences whenever we are triggered by this fragrance. How fun is that?

We all know, that in our culture, the male-female polarity, is a really big deal. Everyone, regardless of their sexuality, has masculine and feminine energy within.
As women, inside of ourselves we have a feminine self and we have a masculine self. Often they become somewhat polarized from each other. This can be because they have different needs and desires. When this is not understood, it can get messy! Sometimes they will struggle or compete with each other… As you know....A variety of conflicts and misunderstandings can arise.
In this workshop, we will spend some time with your inner masculine and find out where he’s at, as well as with your inner feminine and finding out the same. We will create some space to cherish each of them.
Then we will move into the bigger consideration: Are they able to cherish each other? This could be a lifetime goal.
Every time our inner masculine and feminine cherish each other, great wonders will happen in our lives. Our health will be better, it will be easier to create and manifest. We will get along better with other people and certainly in our intimate relationships as well as our families. Communication with ourselves and others gets clear. Our whole lifestyle will become brighter and more glorious when the inner masculine and inner feminine honor and cherish each other.
We Find in our society, that often, people who are different than each other, may be critical of the other… They may create competition by making comparisons which may lead to hurtful judgments of each other. The same goes with our inner masculine and our inner feminine… They are so different, that often they are each struggling to get their needs met. Because of this, they may simply be unable to cherish each other.
If we ourselves can really be present for them, then they can be present for each other. They can work to make sure each other‘s needs are met… Cooperate. This is a source of a rich inner harmony that will feed us. It will nourish us every single day.
As women practice this inner cherishing, it becomes a game changer for our world.We begin to see a world in which people can recognize their differences and instead of struggling against them, they can simply respect them; possibly even honor them and maybe work up to cherishing / treasuring each other!
One of the goals of this workshop is to create this treasuring and adoring within us, in order to open, heal and unify our hearts and help us in all ways to love in the center of our hearts desires. When it’s tuned to other things outside then we’re no longer able to follow our own directive or know how to proceed with clarity. Things may get chaotic, or overwhelming, resentments fester, we may shut down or we become very anxious… Things stop going in the flow that brings us delight & a playful sense of well-being. Let’s restore this!
What gets in the way of a woman being able to focus and really tune in to what is indeed her very own truth? Her very own awareness, her very own knowing, her own true vision in relationship to her hearts desire’s?
We end up with many things thrust at us by other people ....Perhaps family, perhaps work, friends & so on. Everyone has something that we need to focus on or do or pay attention to. If we try to get those things done and then tune in to the compass, we’re going to be in trouble. If we start with the compass and then tackle the rest of that in awareness with the inner guidance system great miracles happen.
Our female energy is very powerful and when this energy is first directed into the things that we are doing, or in our responsibilities, our communications..etc., then what happens is our focus goes into those things, not the compass and we can get lost as far as our direction & our we lose clarity. We may start to seek approval from the environment versus be able to know that we’re on track from the compass within us.
We are going to clear out this guidance system and create some space to have it, trust it, and listen to it ..... So in 2021 it will help us fulfill our hearts desires! The compass will always guide us true to what really is in alignment with our hearts and will bring us well being in all ways.

There’s a big difference between the worldly mother and the holy mother. In this workshop, we’re going to realize, that so much of what we may have wanted from worldly mothers, is only received, through the holy mother. Whether our mother is alive or she’s passed over, or we’re connected beautifully with her, or not at all, or somewhere in between… We get to release pain out of the vibration and frequency of mother.
We will have the opportunity to reconnect with the holy mother who’s always here and will never abandon us and will always nurture us and love us unconditionally and 100% for always.
The light of the season brings the holy mother forth. She’s been represented by in numerable goddesses and spiritual and religious figures. Different versions of her are worshiped in all different religions sects and Faith’s across the planet.
She is a pretty important superstar. In the holy days which we refer to now as the holidays. The holy mother is more deeply present to nurture and nourish the infant who is reborn under the secret star on 12/25.
During this workshop each of us will have the opportunity to be loved, honored and cherished by the holy mother. We may find ourselves on our knees ...as the sacred mother is recognized met and honored.
