Is it phone or video?
All events are offered via audio teleconference, and not video. This is because our events are Clairvoyant, so you can receive mental image pictures in your mediations. Video would be too distracting.
How do I call in?
When you enroll in an event, you will immediately receive a call in number and PIN, in your purchase confirmation, and in an email confirmation. Your call in number will get you into the Magic Isle building, and your unique PIN will get you into the right classroom.
What if I’m international? How do I call in?
You can use an internet-based webphone, here: https://webphone.maestroconference.com/. Enter your PIN, and make sure your microphone on your device is turned on.
Will I get reminder emails?
Yes, you will receive a reminder email 24 hours, and 2 hours before your event. It will come from MaestroConference, our teleconference provider. If for some reason you don’t receive the reminder emails, please refer to your original purchase confirmation for the call-in data & PIN.
Is there live participation on the call?
Yes! We encourage participation in most events. It’s wonderful to hear others’ experiences, and share your own! Please note, we do record our events and offer them in our audio download store.
What if I can’t attend live?
No problem! You will receive an audio download recording of the event, so you can listen on your own time.
What kind of file will I receive?
You will receive an audio mp3 file. Please make sure your device is able to playback the file.
How long do I have to download? How many times can I download?
You will receive access to download your audio files for 30 days. You may download them up to 5 times during that time. If you have trouble and need more time, please email magicis@magicisle.com and we will help you retrieve your files. Once you’ve downloaded your files, they are yours to keep forever. Please keep them for your personal use only, and do not share them with others.
Can I download to multiple devices?
Yes! You can download the file up to 5 times, so you may keep it on multiple devices.
What if I tried too many times, or waited too long to download my files?
Please email magicis@magicisle.com and we will help you retrieve your files.
Can I share the file?
No. We ask that you keep the audio download classes for your own personal use, and do not share them with others.
Will it work on an iPhone?
Yes! Please visit our “Tips for iPhone Users” page if you need help accessing the files on your iPhone.
What are the eligibility criteria for participating in Graduate Programs?
If you are a graduate of a 1+ year Clairvoyant Training Program in the Lewis Bostwick tradition, you are welcome to apply to participate in our Graduate Programs. Please complete the application, here, and we will reach out to you soon!
What if I have other spiritual training, or I’m self-taught or naturally clairvoyant? Can I still participate in Graduate Programs?
All of our Graduate Programs are based on the foundation of the Lewis Bostwick style Clairvoyant Training Program. In the Clairvoyant Training Program, you will learn fundamental tools to support your clairvoyant abilities. And so, it’s necessary to start at the beginning in a Lewis Bostwick style Clairvoyant Training Program, before you take the Graduate Programs. If you’re interested in Clairvoyant Training, please visit our sister school, the Clairvoyant Center of Hawaii.
What if it’s been many years since I completed my Clairvoyant Training. Am I eligible to participate in Graduate Programs?
If you’ve completed a 1+ year Clairvoyant Training Program in the Lewis Bostwick tradition, you are eligible to apply for the Graduate Programs. If you have questions, please fill out the application here, and let us know about your situation!
How long is the reading?
The first reading is 90 minutes. After that, you may book a reading for an hour or longer.

Is it phone or video?
Readings are offered via an audio phone interface. We don’t do them by video as that can be distracting from the images that nourish you during the reading process. If you are international, we will offer you some options for calling in.
Will it be recorded?
If you would like your reading to be recorded we are happy to do so & we do recommend it. We will send you a download link to retrieve the audio recording after the reading.
Do I need an account to purchase something?
You do not need an account to purchase teleconference classes or audio downloads. If you are enrolling in a subscription-based class series, or enrolling in a membership, you will need to create an account first. You can either create an account at checkout, or do so here.
I forgot my password. Help!
Go here, and click on “Lost My Password.” A password reset link will be emailed to you, provided you have an account already. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive an email, make sure the email address you entered is correct. And if you still do not receive an email to reset your password, you can contact us at magicis@magicisle.com, or create a new account.
How do I update my credit card on file?
Login to your account, and go here.
How do I know that my credit card information is secure?
We do not have access to your credit card information. We use a secure payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) to process your payment.
What if I need to cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a teleconference event or cancel or reschedule a reading appointment, please email us at magicis@magicisle.com.
Due to the instant nature of audio download classes, we are not able to cancel or refund audio download class purchases, or live class events after they have occurred.
