All of us women are hard wired to channel. We are designed to do it, so we can host a baby.

Because we do this, we can channel other things too. The trick; To get more aware and to understand if what we are channeling is supporting & enhancing us or depleting us? Right?

We can channel high vibrations like our higher selves, or low ones, like someone else’s pain. The thing is, we can get a little messy with this & not be clear. The truth is, our own vibration is a healing, when we channel it.

We will work with some simple ways to become aware and then step out of channeling the low energies; then, touch base with channeling the truth of our essence and connect radiantly with our higher selves. The way this works in a female body is very unique and we will all learn how to understand it better & have more freedom.
